Turkey Piggy Bank #130

  This particular piggy bank, exhibits some wear, as expected of an object of its age. Much of the original paint has survived the years, but aside from flaking, this piggy bank has survived remarkably well.

  Much like the chickens, the depiction of this turkey is particularly lifelike, captured, as it were, in mid-gobble. Measurements for this coin bank currently unavailable.

  These pottery piggy banks were made in Mexico between approximately 1940 to 1951.
